Oh no man.. I gained weight.. So terrible.. 2 kg.. 2kg.. Not one but TWO.. So scary..
Hai.. Cannot blame it on the gaining muscles.. Its an excuse.. Got to watch my diet liao le.. Ok this is a list of what i got to do..
1) Eat only 3 meals a day.
2) Cut down on deep fried food, fatty food and oily food. (that will mean ice-cream too =( )
3) Do not sleep after meals even if its after training.
4) No supper.
5) Do not eat just because you got nothing else to do.
6) Do not eat just because others are eating.
7) Do not need to satisfy the cravings, they will go away.
However I will try to eat sufficient carbo to allow me to train properly and recover from training..
Ok I'm quite determine to pull my weight back to 45kg and not let it rise to 48kg like I did in NJ using training as an excuse.. Even if i gained muscle mass, I got to equal amount of weight to compensate the gain in mass.. That means I will be able to do more pull ups too and maybe I will look more pretty?? lol.. But come to think of it, if i eat less, that will also means I can save more money.. Hooray.. =D
Ok, target is by Chinese new year!!
Chinese New Year!! Oh no!! Chinese new year, got so much goodies to resist..
But they are so unhealthy, must control.. Will be a difficult task I guess.. Hai.. Jia you jia you jia you..
Another target, remain 45kg throughout new year..
And target is 5 pullup by Valentine's day..
But come to think of it, if i can continue to lose more fats than muscles wont that be better.. That means I can go below 45kg.. But then erm its quite far off now.. Talk about this later.. =p
