1st day of SDBF..

But i'm so proud of my girls already.. No matter the results tmr.. We ll all be winners.. Lets just continue the sets with the spirit we had today.. =)

Lets go girls.. All the way!!

Just in case the next year I forgot the estimated timing for a 800m dboat race, it is
Womens 10 crew: 4.30-4.50
Mixed 20 crew: 3.15-3.30

Haha.. Doing this so that next year, i can just come back to my blog to check the timing instead of keep estimating how much to train in dboat.. hee..
