Yesterday was the first time that I have to stop half way through my runs.. Its not even a long run.. I intended to run for about 1 hour, but i got to stop at like 35 mins..
I dunno how to describe the feeling.. Its kinda of like a no-energy feeling, as if i ll blank out if i push on.. So I ended up sitting down for 15 mins before I half-walk-half-jog home.. And when I got home, I ended up in cold sweat.. Heh.. I dont understand why..
I think I am getting old..

i cant decide what modules to take next semester.. I feel so detached from school that all i feel nothing about all the modules..

My progress regarding my FYP is disappointing slow even though I really made an effort to try to do the readings.
Everything I start doing my readings, I will drift away after 20 mins. Not because I'm not focus, its just like I'm reading a foreign language.
For example: Mitochondria play a key role in apoptosis by releasing cytochrome c and other apoptogenic proteins into the cytosol inculding AIF, endonuclease G, Omi and Smac.
Imagine this kind of statement x 50/page x 8pages/reading x many many readings
WTH.
Actually its getting better la. The language they use are getting less and less foreign.. But then I am entirely clueless about the software that I am going to use for the FYP la.. argghhhh..

trying in vain to do my readings. trying really really hard.. hai..

I haven been blogging for really really long..
Internship was really an eye opener. For the first time, I see how a petrol chemical industry operates. I can tell you the language they used there is not english.. lol.. its some exxon language with all the tag numbers, equipment names, process names, feed names, ship names, etc etc.
And finally IA is over. My mummy, my sis and I went up to genting for a short trip. The main purpose was to visit the temple at mid hill. (my mum went there long ago to make a wish. and she wants to go back to huan yuan since like many many years ago)
Apparently genting is quite boring. I thought the theme park was quite small and uninteresting. Even times square indoor theme park is better. Casino is boring as well. Shopping malls are very limited. The only interesting thing is the weather, which i like a lot.. But i dont really like the attitude though. My ears keep getting blocked. But the temple is worth a visit. Its pretty!! like haw par villa like that.
Finally FYP.. argghhhhhhhh.. I have been trying to sit down to read my readings. But i either start surfing the net, or chatting on msn or just wander around, or fall asleep. Its so unexciting..
