Had this right eyelid infection thingy again. This is my second time.. boooo.. Its not really that painful but its still uncomfortable. Plus it is not serious enough to warrant you an mc. heh..

Work has been fine.. However i'm not very happy with some of my colleagues who are actually the same level as i am, but always think he has the authority. making promises on our behalf, pushing work to us. seriously i wonder what he has to do. to me he just seem to be slacking all the way. he comes in late sometimes but most often than not, he leaves at like 4+. -_- plus he seems to be claiming credits. if you are not of my department, u would prob think v highly of him. and there are rumours that he is going to get promoted. OHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. boohoo..

I guess this might be the office politics going around. Actually I do think that my department has quite a bit of politics and i dont like it at ll. But i guess i just have to try my best to ignore them and get my own work done. However there arent much work recently!!!!! So how.. I just keep "begging" the field supervisors to bring me out to the site to learn about real field work.

Cost and schedule is just not realistic if you dunno whats happening in the field. Thats also why i dont understand why they hire fresh grads. Anyway fresh grads got to start someway or another. So I'm just going to work with it.

Luckily I have a nice boss. However I do think he is a bit too nice and too scared to make mistakes. Cant really control his subordinates too.. Ohh wellll. I guess it works the same way anywhere. It is dependent on lucky. At least he is nice.
